With New Year's goals and the transition to Spring, this is the perfect time period to clean up our diets, physiques, and prepare for summer

During SCULPT Season, Lifters eat at a "Caloric Deficit" to lower their body fat percentage

SCULPT Showcase
Every April at the end of SCULPT Season, LIFT hosts a "SCULPT Showcase" to allow Lifters to share their progress with others, but more importantly - showcase their progress to themselves
