PLAY Season is the middle 4 months of every year (May, June, July, August) and is the perfect time of year to embrace all that life has to offer, practice daily healthy habits, and maintain our progress from SCULPT Season

During PLAY Season, Lifters eat at "Maintenance Calories" to maintain their current body weight or "Maingain" to lower their body fat and increase their muscle mass.
